Hey! Sorry, I can't really help you with pricing because I've never been good at assigning value on artwork. I've got two potential OCs for you to consider though.

This One perhaps? A little speck of reincarnating energy (soul?) that's lived through the lives of thousands of creatures, retaining vague memories of each one of them, resulting in a very chatty, very alien entity. I don't mind them being used for chibi practice either - technically this mouthless mannequin-like creature should look creepy as hell but I've never managed to make them look menacing so might as well embrace it y'know. :P

Not sure if that's your cup of tea or something that'd work with your style but if you want to try a bit nonstandard facial features or are in the mood for something a bit historical then maybe Julia Wright/Henry Newman? S/He's got walls and walls of text but TL:DR: is an androgynous looking female character from the 1940s who sometimes passes as a man (and spent seven years as an actual man in a medfant setting due to a subplot in that particular roleplay). If any of hir iterations (Julia, Henry, medfant!Henry) are of interest to you then I'm really glad. :D Though I think I've been hoping to get a few pieces of Julia, in a dress and looking at ease/happy about it. (Note: the scar maps make hir look really mangled, if you did fancy to draw hir then please for the love of god don't draw hir without arms - prosthetics or gloe-covered arms are fine.)

Your art is lovely...I am going to say that I have no idea of how to price art on subeta as I have never bought any (except my overlay for my pet) but for one of your chibis I would be thinking around the $20 mark...and around the $35-$50 mark for anything more complicated...

Maybe you'd be interested in drawing my boy Ivy? He's male, but has relatively childlike proportions. Seeing your take on him in a chibi style would be just as awesome! In terms of character, he's a quirky plant person with a british accent and a love for gothic horror stories. (The scuffle hoe doesn't need to be in there, it's just kinda there as a size reference, to show that he's a small dude.) :)
